BIS meets on the first Monday of every month at 6:30 p.m. Join us in the Community Building's Small Room. All are welcome.

  • Dance Fitness Class

    These classes are held in the Bainbridge Community Building, last one hour (6pm-7pm) and cost $8 per class.

  • Stretch & Mobility Class

    These classes combine joint lubricating moves with relaxing stretched to improve mobility. Bring a yoga mat or towel and your water bottle! Each class is $8 and will be held at the Bainbridge Community Building. All ages and skill levels welcome!
