May - October
Yard of the Month
You've mowed, weeded, mulched, planted, pruned, edged, raked, picked up litter, decorated, and more to get your property in tip-top shape, and the Bainbridge Improvement Society wants to recognize your hard work.
Why?
Because a well-kept property benefits ALL town residents:
If you've ever bought or sold a home, you're aware of the importance of curb appeal. It attracts buyers and can help fetch top dollar, supporting the surrounding property owners' bottom line.
A neat exterior also sends a message to visitors, and those passing through that Bainbridge residents care about their town, inviting investment and discouraging litter.
Less trash means fewer critters running loose that may pose a threat to children, pets, and property.
